Fractal patterns embody the infinite rhythms of nature—branching trees, winding rivers, cloud formations, and are present almost everywhere you look.
In this sculptural work by Lizzie Snow, fortyonehundred, her hand-painted designs flow across the form of the kiwi, complementing its movement and shape. These fractal-inspired patterns highlight the idea that even the smallest creatures, like the kiwi, play a vital role in the larger ecological system through the relationship with scale and infinity.
The artwork channels the sense of flow and structure inherent in nature, where every element is intricately connected. Fractal art embodies interconnectedness, in the balance between chaos and order the kiwi stands as a symbol of resilience, reinforcing the delicate harmony found in our natural ecosystems.
