Katherine Hamilton is an Upper Hutt-based artist, educator, and passionate advocate for creativity. Inspired by a lifelong love of art, Katherine has spent years encouraging children to explore their own creativity while nurturing her own artistic practice.

In recent years, she has reignited her passion for creating, embracing new challenges and experimenting with different techniques and ideas. Her work is shaped by a spirit of curiosity, courage, and personal growth, reflecting the belief that creativity is an important part of a joyful life.

Supported by her family and inspired daily by the children she teaches, Katherine approaches each new project as an opportunity to learn, create, and connect. Through her art, she hopes to encourage others, particularly young people, to be brave, embrace their creativity, and discover the confidence that comes from expressing themselves.
