Auckland: Britomart to Silo Park

FEBRUARY 15 - MARCH 23

20 sculptures designed by talented artists that celebrate our national icon, the kiwi.

The Kiwi Art Trail is a collection of 20+ kiwi sculptures that have been turned into bespoke pieces of art by talented New Zealand artists.

Brought to you by Gallagher Insurance and Save the Kiwi, the Kiwi Art Trail is a free, family-friendly public art trail for all to enjoy.

When the trail ends, the sculptures will be auctioned and proceeds will go towards kiwi conservation.

Walk the trail

The trail starts at Te Komititanga Square just outside Commercial Bay, then weaves along the waterfront, through Viaduct Harbour and over the Te Wero Wynyard Crossing Bridge, before ending in Silo Park.

Love a sculpture so much you wish you could take it home? Well, you could.

After the Kiwi Art Trail ends in late March 2025, every sculpture will be sold at auction in April.

Can’t wait until the auction? Buy a sculpture of your choice now for $10,000!

Find out how you could take one of these one-of-a-kind sculptures home with you, and sign up to be one of the first to know about the auction.
