This sculpture will be sold under the hammer at a live auction event on Wednesday 9th April in Auckland. Find out more and register for the event here.
“Bloom Bird” is a celebration of freedom, movement, colour and bold expression. Its design also points to the importance of shadowy times and spaces in our lives. It was conceived and created in a spirit of experimentation. It’s unashamedly feminine, its shadows make its colours and light qualities pop, it’s layered and slightly chaotic - like the best of us!
Actual kiwi quietly get on with life. We human Kiwis could do with being a little more proud to be bold and loud.
Can’t attend the live auction event but would like the opportunity to place a bid on one of the below sculptures?
Please email enquiries@savethekiwi.nz for more information about pre-auction offers and bidding on a buyer’s behalf.
